Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions include a 7-day refund window on the initial charge. Cancel any time — no phone call, no hoops. Billing errors are always fixed, no questions asked.
All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until that date. No partial-month credits are issued.
Annual plans may be cancelled within 7 days of the initial charge for a full refund. After the 7-day window closes, annual subscriptions are non-refundable regardless of usage.
If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day window, your access continues through the end of the paid period. No prorated refund or account credit is issued.
Offer Relay is a deal-matching marketplace. We connect wholesalers with investors whose buy boxes match submitted deals. Your subscription fee pays for access to the platform and its matching infrastructure — not for guaranteed outcomes.
We do not guarantee:
Refund requests citing deal volume, match rate, investor response rate, or deal outcomes will not be approved. Results depend on deal quality, pricing, and market conditions that are outside the platform's control.
If you were charged incorrectly — duplicate charge, wrong amount, or a charge after confirmed cancellation — contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate and resolve it within 5 business days. Billing errors are always corrected, no questions asked.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer rather than contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution. We maintain detailed records of all platform activity, subscription history, and communications, and will respond to all disputes with that documentation. We encourage you to contact us directly — we resolve billing issues faster than the chargeback process.
Cancel any time in Settings → Subscription. No phone call required, no cancellation interview, no waiting period. Your access continues through the end of your paid period after cancellation.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
